I'm at a loss

Let me start off by saying, I don't run the server off of any of my machines, it is run from a hosting service.

I keep getting...

I've gotten the virtual id/port from the host already so that's correct. The server address/ip is correct. Only things I can think of are the query port (which is currently set at the default, if that's the case I guess I'll need to contact the Host) or possible the server query login/password (which I might need to contact the Host for). I haven't messed with anything in the InstanceManager file. And I've changed little in the Server1 file.

I'm new to this, and have almost no idea what I'm doing

Use only the hostname as the server address: ts4.gamespeak.com

Done... Receiving new error. I have e-mailed you at info@stefan1200.de, with the config files if you could take a look when you get a chance (no hurry, I appreciate everything and all the help you have and do and will provide)
