Im chasing after someone to make a paid plugin for me.

Basic workings of the plugin:

The bot watches configured channels.
When a user joins the channel the user is given a configured channel group.
If more users join the channel they do not get the configured group as there is already one in the channel.
If the user with the configured group leaves the channel for more than x seconds, another user is selected at random and given the group.
If a user enters the channel with the configured group and there is already a user with the configured group, the new users group is removed.
When all users leave channel, any passwords set are removed.

Supported on the web interface:

Title: Channel Leader
Configure one or more channels to be watched with this feature active.
Configure the channel group to be used
Configure the x seconds before a new user is selected in the channel.
