Help Channel Notify JTS3 Webinterface

Hi I want to know how to configure the channel notify I wish that if a user enters the support zone is notified l 'admin this is my configuration

P.S: When he enters the 'the user gets the message that there is no one online however there are staff as I work out?

It is not useful to select the support channel at "You can restrict who should get the notification message.". Because supporters never get messages in the support channel, but you configured it so, that supporters only get messages if they are in the support channel. That makes no sense.

You could change myself the screen that I made with the appropriate changes? Please?

Once you do that, yes.

Just select no channels at that channel chooser and use ignore as mode (like it was by default before you changed that).

Because when someone enters the bot says that there is no admin online how to solve this thing on the configuration?

Stephan and if I want to notify that the channel has to do it in 2 channels how can I do?

You have two support channels and both should trigger a notification? Just create a second ChannelNotify function at your bot.
